Judge Abhay Thipsay ordered police to lodge Zaheera in the Byculla jail in Mumbai to execute the Supreme Court order sentencing her to one-year jail term and Rs 50,000 fine.
The judge also ordered that Zaheera might be given a set off for the period she has already spent in prison after her surrender before the court recently.
The judge adjourned the matter concerning show cause notices issued to Zaheera and her family members for perjury (giving false evidence) in the Best Bakery retrial in the Mumbai court till April 7.
