20 designs will be shortlisted by a panel of rediff.com editors from the designs received by the last date, August 8, 2006, 9 am. The 20 shortlisted designs will be submitted to Dr G Madhavan Nair,

Chairman, Indian Space Research Organisation, who will select the five winning designs.
No cash substitution of prizes is permitted.
In the event of a winner choosing not to accept the prize, she or he forfeits all claim to that prize.
Employees of rediff.com and their families are not eligible to enter the contest.
