Party sources said about 65 legislators, who arrived by a chartered flight from Bangalore, have checked-in at Hotel Accord Metropolitan in the T Nagar area of the city. They are likely to be in Chennai for a couple of days, the source added.

The legislators had earlier been lodged in a resort on the outskirts of Chennai.

Meanwhile, reports said rebel Janata Dal Secular legislators led by the party's Working President H D Kumaraswamy, who walked out of the coalition and forged an alliance with the BJP to stake claim to form the government, were also being shifted out to Goa.
