The agents, Adil and Abduil Shakur were arrested from the Kaiserbagh locality of the city on a tip off, STF Assistant Superintendent of Police Vijay Bhushan told PTI.
Both were engaged in spying for the ISI and a number of documents related to Indian army were recovered from their possession, he said.
