At least 11 people, including three women and as many children, were killed and 20 injured when a three-storey building collapsed following a cooking gas cylinder explosion in Kanpur Wednesday night.
Some people were still trapped under the debris of the building in Roshan Nagar locality of the town, the police said.
Rescue operations were on to pull out those still buried under the debris.
