Three army troops, including a junior commissioned officer, were killed by a soldier who later shot himself to death before he could be overpowered by his bewildered colleagues inside an army camp at Rajouri in Jammu and Kashmir Sunday afternoon.
The shootout triggered panic inside the army camp. "A court of inquiry has been ordered into the incident," Col Chibber, defence public relations officer told rediff.com on phone.
