The Delhi high court on Wednesday hauled up Delhi police for providing security to some VIPs, who hardly had any threat perception, while the common man was dying on the streets and elderly couples were being strangled to death.
The court's reactions come at a point when the Delhi police filed a list of 391 VIPs protected along with the number of personnel provided to each.
