Truth has prevailed: Hinduja brothers

The three Hinduja brothers -- Shrichand, Gopichand and Prakash -- on Tuesday welcomed the Delhi high court judgment quashing all charges against them in the Bofors case.
 
"We are delighted that the truth has prevailed and our faith in the Indian judicial system has been vindicated," the brothers said in a statement.

"We have always maintained that we were

being falsely implicated for no fault of ours and for political and other extraneous reasons," the brothers said.

"It has been a long period of harassment and suffering in a personal sense and also business-wise and nothing can compensate for that," they lamented.

The brothers thanked their friends and well-wishers who supported them through the difficult time.
