In a new twist to the Imrana case, another daughter-in-law of the accused, Ali Mohammed, has filed a defamation case against the rape victim.

Munazra Begum filed the case in a local court in Muzaffarnagar alleging Imrana's statements, that the daughters-in-law of the family were raped by Mohammed, were defamatory.
