Two children were killed when a bomb, which they mistook for a toy, exploded in a house in Dankuni, in Hooghly district of West Bengal, on Thursday.
The children, Nasima Khatun (6) and Taslima Khatun (4), were on the terrace of their house when they spotted the bomb and started playing with it, police said.
The building developed cracks due to the blast. The police arrested two occupants of the house on the suspicion of making explosives.
