The prime minister will have a separate meeting with the representatives of political parties to discuss the havoc caused by the floods.

Meanwhile, a Central Water Commission bulletin on Friday said water levels have begun to recede in some of the worst-hit areas of the state.

Over 200 people have died in the floods so far and 25 million have been affected.

A central team led by Joint Secretary, Home, A Purkayastha will visit Bihar soon to assess the damage.
