Shahabuddin bail: Judge sacked

The Patna high court has dismissed a judge of the Siwan fast track court for granting bail to Rashtriya Janata Dal member of Parliament Mohammad Shahabuddin.
The
high court has also ordered a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation into the matter.
