The foundation will adopt children who lost both their

parents to the sea's fury and ensure that they are able to complete their schooling, an RGF release said.

A maintenance allowance will be paid to each child.

RGF chairperson Sonia Gandhi said the move was in keeping with the foundation's tradition of helping children.
