The dates are November 3, and 4 or November 10 and 11, external affairs ministry sources said on Monday.

Indo-Pak Peace Talks: The Full Coverage

In continuation of Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's April initiative, India had on October 22 proposed 12 measures to Pakistan including offering a second round of talks to restore air links and overflights.

The first round on August 28 in Rawalpindi had failed to yield anything positive with Pakistan seeking "abiding commitment" from India not to ban overflights in future.

However, the two sides had decided to meet again.

Overflights were suspended following the December 13 terrorist attack on the Parliament.
