The Delhi Police on Tuesday enhanced the reward for information on culprits in the Swiss diplomat rape case to Rs 400,000 -- an eight-fold increase.
The reward will come into effect immediately and hold good for one year, Joint Commissioner of Police (Southern Range) Satish Chandra said.
"The reward will be paid to anybody providing information or a clue or render any help leading to the arrest of accused persons involved in the rape," he said. He assured the identity of the informer would be kept secret.
