Four people were injured in mob violence in Godhra, Gujarat, on Sunday, police said.
The condition of one of the injured was reported to be serious while the others were provided first aid, the police said.
The clash occurred near the old post office in Pinjarvaad Naka area and the police rushed to the spot to bring the situation under control, sources said, adding one private vehicle was also damaged in stone throwing.
According to the sources, the clash took place after arguments between persons of two communities turned nasty.
