A National Defence Academy cadet is believed to have committed suicide on Friday night by jumping in front of a train in Pune.
According to sources, the cadet was a first semester student at the prestigious military academy in Khadakvasla, a few kilometers from Pune.
He left the campus on Friday night and did not return.
His body was found on Saturday morning.
