What happened to India's terms?

Two years after the attack on Parliament, India and Pakistan seem to be headed for talks once again. But Pakistan is yet to fulfil any of the two important conditions set by India for the resumption of a dialogue: the deportation of 20 terrorists and criminals hiding in Pakistan, and an end to cross-border infiltration.

In this situation, will the latest peace moves bear fruit?
