United Democratic Front leader Gegong Apang was on Sunday sworn in as Arunachal Pradesh chief minister along with a 35-member Council of Ministers, ending a weeklong political crisis in the state.
Kameng Dolo, leader of the Congress (D), which is part of the newly formed UDF, was sworn in as the first deputy chief minister of the state.
Thirty-one others were sworn in as Cabinet ministers and three as ministers of state by Governor V C Pande at a function in Raj Bhavan, Itanagar.
All 22 members of the Mukut Mithi Cabinet were included in the new ministry.
