Senior VHP leaders to attend meet in Ayodhya

Senior leaders of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and leading Dharmacharyas from across the country have arrived in Ayodhya to attend a two-day crucial meeting of the Sri Ramjanambhoomi high powered committee beginning at Karsevakpuram on Tuesday.

VHP international president Ashok Singhal, vice-president Acharya Giriraj Kishore, general secretary Praveen Bhai Togadia, Ram Janambhoomi Nyas president Mahant Paramhans Ramchandra Das and other saints would attend the meeting.

There would be extensive deliberations on the Ram temple and related issues, VHP media in-charge Sharad Sharma said.

The committee was likely to take some important decisions regarding the Ram temple construction issue, VHP sources said.
