Salman-Kat have major chemistry to live up to in Bharat!
There are jodis in Bollywood that are pure gold.
Audiences love to see them on screen, and their films mostly always do well.
Like Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif.
With a great success record so far -- with only one flop! -- the duo has been hot-n-happening ever since they were first seen on the big screen.
Now, everyone is excited about seeing them together again in Bharat.
Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Bharat sees Salman traverse time, right from Partition to the Now. While we have seen his transformation, one is looking forward to see Katrina age.
Meanwhile, here's a look at their movies together.
Tiger Zinda Hai
Box office collection: Rs 339.25 crore
Their biggest hit together, Tiger Zinda Hai is a blockbuster to reckon with.
Director Ali Abbas Zafar knows only too well how to present the two superstars on screen, and the results are there to be seen.
The action entertainer set the screens on fire and entered the Rs 300 crore club.
With the success of two Tiger films, a third has been announced. Though the official title has not been announced yet, Yash Raj Films plans to explore another story with the two spies.
Ek Tha Tiger
Box office collection: Rs 199 crore
Though it just missed entering the Rs 200 crore club, Ek Tha Tiger was the beginning of the Tiger series for Salman and Katrina.
It kick-started a blockbuster franchise with the superstars sharing amazing chemistry.
Yuvvraaj
Box office collection: Rs 18 crore
The only Salman-Katrina starrer that didn't do well at the box office, Yuvvraaj was Subhash Ghai's dream project.
The film was meant to be yet another magnum opus, but audiences totally rejected the film.
Partner
Box office collection: Rs 60 crore
A hilarious affair by David Dhawan, this one had Katrina paired opposite Govinda, with Salman lending a helping hand.
Their presence together ensured that audiences were interested to check out the film and they eventually went home entertained.
Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya
Box office collection: Rs 26 crore
The first time Salman and Katrina shared screen space together.
Yet another David Dhawan film, it featured Sohail Khan in an important part.
The film had a good run at the box office and paved the way for more movies with the dream jodi!
Guest appearances
Salman and Katrina have made guest appearances in each other's films as well.
In the Salman-Kareena Kapoor starrer Bodyguard, Katrina featured in the title song, above, and looked *really* hot!
In the Katrina-Ranbir Kapoor starrer Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahaani, Salman played, well, Salman himself.
A hilarious scene that drew a lot from real life, it added to the commercial success of this Raj Kumar Santoshi directed comedy.
In Atul Agnihotri's Hello, both Salman and Katrina made special appearances.
Based on Chetan Bhagat's One Night At The Call Centre, the film featured an ensemble cast and did not do well at the box office.
And Katrina enters Salman's life again...
