Scarlett Johansson has emerged the filmmakers' favourite from among other Hollywood hotties to play legendary beauty Marilyn Monroe in a new film called My Week With Marilyn.

Director Simon Curtis and producer David Parfitt reportedly considered Kate Hudson, Amy Adams and Michelle Williams too.
