Budhia Singh – Born to Run is a true story of a boy named Budhia Awooga Singh and his coach Biranchi Das from Odhisa.

Budhia ran from Bhubaneswar to Puri at the young age of four, covering 65 kilometres in seven hours and two minutes and was listed as the world's youngest marathon runner in the Limca Book of Records in the year 2006.

Directed by Soumendra Padhi and Sabyasachi Mohapatra, the film stars Manoj Bajpayee, Tillotama Shome and child actor Mayur.

The film was earlier titled Duronto, and has already won a National Award in the Best Children's Film category.
