So what exactly does Dwayne The Rock Johnson eat to maintain those killer muscles?

The WWE wrestler, who will be seen next in Brett Ratner's action adventure film Hercules, followed a very strict diet and fitness regime to look good for his new film.

He followed a seven-course meal plan a day for 22 weeks to get into the look.

And here it is:

Meal 1: 10 ounces filet with four egg whites. Five ounces oatmeal or cream of wheat (measured dry)

Meal 2: Eight ounces chicken. Two cups white rice. One cup broccoli.

Meal 3: Eight

ounces halibut. Two cups white rice. One cup asparagus.

Meal 4: Eight ounces chicken. 12 ounces baked potato. One cup broccoli.

Meal 5: Eight ounces halibut. 1.5 cups white rice. One cup asparagus.

Meal 6: Eight ounces filet. Nine ounces baked potato with salad.

Meal 7: 30 grams casein protein, 10 eggs whites scrambled with onions, peppers and mushrooms.

Hercules also stars Robert De Niro, Joseph Fiennes and John Hurt, and will release on July 25, 2014.

Meanwhile, Dwayne will host a show called The Hero, which premiered on October 18 in India. The Hero will test the emotional and physical characteristics of the contestants through the eight episodes in the series.
