Kalyani was adjudged Best Actress for her performance in Avunu Vaalidaru Ishtapadaru.
Jury chairman V S Ramadevi, former governor of Karnataka, and Devender Goud, Andhra Pradesh home minister, announced the state award winners in Hyderabad on Tuesday. Also present were legendary actor Akkineni Nageshwara Rao and veteran filmmaker D V S Raju.

Manmadudu, Nuvve Nuvve and Santhosham bagged the first, second and third best film awards. Youngsters NTR Jr, Ravi Teja, and Mahesh bagged Special Jury awards for their performances in Aadi, Khadgam, and Okadu, respectively.
Other winners were Best Character Actor Harikrishna (Laahiri Laahiri Laahiri Lo), Vaasu (Best Home Viewing Feature Film) and Khadgam (Best Film on National Integration).
Prakash Raj (Best Supporting Actor for Nuvve Nuvve), Bhanupriya (Best Supporting Actress in Laahiri), Suman Shetty (Best Comedian in Jayam), Gopichand (Best Villain, Jayam), Vinayak (Best Debutant Director for Aadi), S P Balasubramaniam (Best Male Playback Singer for his number, Paadana, in the film Vaasu), Usha (Best Female Playback Singer for Chinuku Paadithe in Nee Sneham) and Lawrence (Best Choreographer award for the song, Dai dai damma in Indra).
