Sara Ali Khan to make her debut opposite Sushant

Will Ekta Kapoor produce her debut movie?

Rumours have swirled around Sara Ali Khan's Bollywood debut for months.

That Hrithik Roshan had been signed opposite Sara, Amrita Singh and Saif Ali Khan's daughter.

No, no, suggested another scuttlebutt, it was Ranbir Kapoor.

And Karan Johar was supposed to produce the film.

Well, Sara is all set to make her acting debut opposite Sushant Singh Rajput, who will make the A-List of stars if Raabta is a hit.

The movie is called Kedarnath, and it will be directed by Abhishek Kapoor, who cast Sushant in Kai Po Che, the then television star's first film.

"Sara has been roped in to play Sushant's love interest," sources told PTI.

Balaji Motion Pictures is expected to join hands with KriArj Entertainment to produce the romantic drama, which will go on the floors by this year end.

Balaji managers would neither confirm nor deny the report.

If Balaji co-produces the film, it will be the studio's first cinematic association with Abhishek Kapoor, whose uncle Jeetendra, the movie veteran, owns the company.
