Salman Khan supports children's film festival

The 18th International Children’s Film Festival India (ICFFI) -- popularly known as The Golden Elephant and organised by the Children’s Film Society India (CFSI) -- has found a strong supporter in Salman Khan.

Khan is very popular with children and supports many causes of children through his charity work.

The superstar presented the film Chillar Party, which was adjudged the Best Hindi Film in the Asian Panorama section at the 17th

Golden Elephant.

CFSI approached Khan to schedule an appearance at the upcoming children's festival to be held in Hyderabad from November 14 to 20.

Khan will not attend the festival but instead, will record an audio-visual clip to promote the festival on his social networking pages.

The festival will be held in Hyderabad from November 14 to 20.
