Zanjeer star Ram Charan Teja and his new bride Upasana Kamineni, who offered prayers at Tirupati on June 16 after their grand wedding and reception, flew to Italy for a three-day honeymoon the next day.

The original plan was to have a quick honeymoon in India as Ram Charan

needed to get back to work.

He was also keen to attend to all the guests who had arrived from far off places for the wedding.

But when world-renowned shoe designer Salvatore Ferragamo threw open his ranch for the pair, they couldn't resist the offer.

The newlyweds were invited by the Salvatore family to spend their vacation on their family ranch outside Florence.

Speaking from Italy, Ram Charan said, "We've been invited by Salvatore's family to their ranch outside Florence. It's a 200-acre farm with only five villas for guests."

The actor says he and his wife wanted a peaceful honeymoon. "It's very quiet here. The only entertainment we have is horse riding, wine-tasting in vineyards and trekking in the amazing ranch. Upasana and I are in a state of bliss," he said. They also visited St Peter's Church in Vatican City.
