The Star and the Skipper and some adorable elephants.

After an unprecedented consecutive Test series win in Sri Lanka, Virat Kohli is taking a well deserved break before the ODI series gets underway Sunday, August 20.

India's cricket skipper and Anushka Sharma, the love of his life, were spotted at Sri Lanka's famed Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage in Kegalle.

Anushka posted this picture, captioning it, 'A day spent with elephants ... is a day spent well.'

Virat posted a pic and noted, 'It's lovely to be able to be next to the nature. Good day everyone.'

Anushka has already swerved past the box office ruins of Jab Harry Met Sejal and will soon start work on her next production, Pari.

Directed by Prosit Roy, Pari stars Parambrata Chatterjee, who readers may recognise from Kahaani.
