Reportedly, the late popstar's remains have been cremated and their final storage will remain private, says TMZ.com.
According to the Little Red Corvette hit-maker's representatives, "We ask for your blessings and prayers of comfort for his family and close friends at this time. The cause of death remains unknown and it will be at least four weeks before we receive the results of the autopsy. An announcement will be made at a future date for a musical celebration."
Prince's body was released on April 22 to his relatives after an autopsy was completed.
The 57-year-old singer was found dead at his Paisley Park studio in Minnesota on April 21. Authorities found him unresponsive in an elevator and were unable to revive him.
