PIX: TV actor Anirudh Dave gets engaged

The 29-year-old currently stars in SAB TV's Yum Hain Hum.

Anirudh Dave got engaged to Shubhi Ahuja, his costar in a previous show called Bandhan, on July 13.

Introducing the soon-to-be-married couple: 

Anirudh met Shubhi, who is currently a part of the show Hamari Devrani, only casually while working on Bandhan. 

The duo were brought together by Shubhi's parents.

By his own admission Anirudh never thought he'd settle for arranged marriage.

He gives some credit for this happy alliance to his Yam Hain Hum producer duo Siddharth Kumar and Rahul Kumar Tewary, who also produced Bandhan.

He believes by some karmic play, the duo helped facilitate his meeting with his soon-to-be wife.

On being asked if he'd like to act with Shubhi, he says, "I am open to that idea. I am open for Nach Baliye too."
