Vidhu Vinod Chopra, who tasted unprecedented success with his last production, Aamir Khan starrer PK, is now venturing in Hollywood with Broken Horses.

Ahead of the film's April 10 release, Chopra organised a special screening in Mumbai and several of his filmmaker friends turned up to watch it.


 

In an interview with Rediff.com Vidhu Vinod Chopra, above, claimed that Avatar director James Cameron raved about his new film.

 

Vikramaditya Motwane (director of films like Udaan and Lootera) was among the invited guests.

 

 

Sudhir Mishra paused for pictures ahead of the show.

 

 

Filmmaker Tanuja Chandra, who is Chopra's sister-in-law (Tanuja and Chopra's film critic wife Anupama Chopra are sisters), was also present.

 

 

Badlapur director Sriram Raghavan.

 

 

Filmmaker Pradeep Sarkar, who made his directorial debut with Vidhu Vinod Chopra-produced Parineeta, arrived with his wife.

 

 

Journalist-turned-filmmaker Subhash Kapoor (who directed Jolly LLB), spotted at the do.
