Here's a lowdown on all the high points from the show!

After a black Anamika Khanna number, Sonakshi Sinha was bewitching in another black number, this time in a custom Monisha Jaisingh.

Deepika Padukone looked refreshingly regal in a gorgeous Sabyasachi sari.

Parineeti Chopra was having her own Oscar-worthy moment on the IIFA green carpet in an exquisite and dramatic Goerges Chakra gown.

Another black sighting happened with ABCD 2 star Shraddha Kapoor turning up in a Mason by Michelle Mason gown with a slit.

Actress Kainaat Arora joined the IIFA black brigade in an off shoulder number that featured an oddly-placed heart on the bodice.

Welcome to Karachi actress Lauren Gottlieb kept it simple and classy in a scorching red gown and side-swept hair.

True to form, Lisa Haydon turned up the heat in a majestic white cutout number.

Kaajal Agarwal stood out in ruffles and monochrome.

Huma Qureshi looked striking in a modern play on the sweetheart neckline in red.

Dia Mirza, dressed in a relatively conservative red, struck a pose.

Genelia D'Souza and Riteish Deshmukh offer up their best profiles from the green carpet.

Hrithik Roshan set quite a few hearts aflutter in a red tux.

Best Actor (Haider) winner Shahid Kapoor's very contemporary suit was another highlight of the evening.

Jacqueline Fernandez was quite the head-turner in a white embellished number.
