Kicking off the 11-day Ganpati celebrations, several stars welcomed the deity into their homes last week.

Some of them constituted the first batch of celebrities who bid Ganpati goodbye after a day and a half of prayers and rituals.

Shilpa Shetty, wjho sported a bright orange sari for the ceremony, is seen here with the deity before proceeding for visarjan.
