Move over, Ash and Sonam. This motley crew of Masaan is making their presence felt the real way at the ongoing Cannes International Film Festival.

Neeraj Ghaywan's directorial debut Masaan, that is completing in the Un Certain Regard section of the ongoing Cannes Film Festival, got a five-minute standing ovation after its screening.

An Indo-French production, the film is set in Varanasi and tells the story of a young orphan, a low-caste teenage boy who falls in love with an upper-caste girl, and a woman caught in a sex scandal.

Elated with the response the film has garnered at the French fest, the actress is seen here with a poster of the film.

Chadha changed into a gorgeous Sabya sari for the Masaan screening later in the evening.

Probably the token desi look at Cannes this year, it featured a sparkly blouse, tear drop earrings and a box clutch.

Two thumbs up to the actress for staying away from the Elie Saabs and de la Rentas!
