PIX: Family, friends bid Joan Rivers goodbye

The veteran comedienne passed away at the age of 81 on September 4.

Several of Joan Rivers' family members and friends from the film and television industry turned up to bid her final farewell in New York on September 8.

The late veteran's daughter Melissa Rivers is seen here with son Cooper as they depart the funeral home.

Rivers' former Fashion Police costar Kelly Osbourne, actors Alan Cumming and Tommy Tune, music producer Clive Davis and fashion designers Carolina Herrera and Michael Kors were also spotted during the final ceremony at Manhattan's Temple Emanu-El.

Actor couple Mathew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker were among the star attendees.

Actor Hugh Jackman delivered a version of the song Quiet Please, There's a Lady on Stage, from his musical The Boy From Oz, and Broadway actress Audra McDonald sang Smile.
