Angelina Jolie's directorial Unbroken, Ben Stiller's Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb, and Seth Rogen and James Franco's The Interview premiered recently in different parts of the world ahead of their respective theatrical releases.

While actress-director Angelina Jolie excused herself from attending the premiere of her new film via a video message to her fans, explaining that she's caught chicken pox, actor husband Brad Pitt and three of their kids showed at her new film Unbroken's premiere on December 15 at Dolby theatre in Hollywood.

Unbroken is based on Laura Hillenbrand's 2010 non-fiction book, Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption.
