Gwyneth Paltrow is planning to have her baby underwater. The pregnant Oscar-winning actress (Shakespeare in Love) is due to have her baby in June.

And how is she preparing for it?

She and singer-husband Chris Martin have enrolled in yoga classes at the Diorama Arts Centre in Regent's Park, London, reports ananova.com.

London's yoga expert Hamish Hendry is teaching Paltrow and Martin the art of ashtanga (a form of yoga), which is said to be helpful for the spiritual growth of both the parents and their unborn child.

However, for some reason if it does not work out, she will opt for conventional methods of delivery at St John and St Elizabeth Hospital in St John's Wood.
