MTV began in 1981, and introduced the world to the concept of a music video. Images became synonymous with pop music, and today we can't think of a single memorable song without the video popping up in our head.
Every now and then we see an innovative Indian music video, but usually the focus is squarely on sleaze. Lots of skin set to old remixed classics are the order of the day.
But sometimes, just sometimes, the videos are genuinely hot.
