Director Rajkumar Santoshi recently announced that his next film will be based on the Ramayan. Santoshi, who gave us films like The Legend Of Bhagat Singh and Khakee, claims that the budget of his new movie will be a whopping Rs 100 crore (Rs 1 billion)!
But as yet, the director has not finalised his cast.
While it's difficult to visualise him in a role that Arun Govil made famous in the hit television series, some Bollywood personalities feel Hrithik Roshan would look good as Lord Ram.
