Just a few days after Malayalam actor Mukesh and dancer Methil Devika announced their marriage, the actor’s first wife and award winning actress, Saritha, challenged the legality of the marriage.
She claimed that Mukesh has not divorced her so how can he marry another woman?
Mukesh, son of legendary theatre personality O Madhavan, made his debut in movies with the 1982 film Balloon.
He married Saritha in 1988. Saritha made her debut in K Balachander's Maro Charithra opposite Kamal Haasan, which was remade in many languages, including Hindi (Ek Duje Ke Liye).
