The film, based on homosexuality, has faced stiff resistance from exhibitors in Kerala.
“Just before the release of the film, quite a number of theatres in Kerala that promised to show the film backed out abruptly. I don’t have a problem if the film is reviewed on its merits, but how can you justify the reluctance in releasing it?” asks Padmakumar.
In the film, Kiran (Sudev) lived in the US during his childhood days and comes from a broken family. Richard (Ameer Niyas) comes from a business family, where he feels totally left out.
The two young men meet at a hostel. They become close pretty soon.
They start living together but after a while, their lives take some unexpected turns.
