While Rowdy Rathore continues its success romp at the box office, its director Prabhu Deva has moved on.

He has three back-to-back Hindi projects lined up, starring newcomer Girish Taurani, Shahid Kapoor and Ajay Devgn.

Unfortunately, he cannot find a suitable heroine for Girish Taurani, producer Kumar Taurani's son who will be launched with this film.

Taurani, who owns TIPS, a large corporate house in the business of music and films, has a lot of clout in the film industry and wanted to cast an established heroine opposite his son so that Prabhu Deva could focus on directing the newcomer and not worry too much about what the leading lady would be doing in front of the camera.

But there is a major hitch.

Girish is 22 years old but looks much younger. So the heroines who have been approached for the role, like Katrina Kaif, Genelia D'Souza and Parineeti Chopra, do not fit the bill.

So it looks like Girish may have to work with a newcomer.

"What to do?" laments Prabhu Deva. "Girish is 22 but looks 19. None of the established heroines' looks are compatible with him. So we had to drop the original plan of a big star heroine and cast a newcomer instead to create a balanced equation."
