Sushil Kumar, the only contestant to win Rs 5 crore on Kaun Banega Crorepati 5, has refused to be a part of the ongoing season of Big Boss. The 28-year-old was offered to enter the reality show.

"I was approached by the makers of the reality show, offering me a place in remaining episodes but I simply said no," Kumar said.

He said he turned down the offer in order to protect his image among people, particularly the youth. "I don't want to lose my credibilty by going in Bigg Boss. The youth look upto me, I am a role model for them. If I enter Big Boss, I may do something hurtful to them," he added.

The Motihari resident has become the brand ambassador for Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MNREGA). Before winning KBC's top prize, Sushil worked as a computer operator for MNREGA in his native town in East Champaran district in Bihar.

He has also been offered to become the brand ambassador of the State Bank of India.

The new crorepati also revealed that he is getting endorsements by the dozen.
