Sunita Kapoor, wife of Anil Kapoor, has been sentenced to two months' simple imprisonment.
Mumbai Magistrate S R Bhadagale has also asked her to pay a fine of Rs 5,000. She was found guilty under the provisions of Bombay Municipal Corporation Act 1988, for erecting an illegal structure at her bungalow in Mumbai's suburban Juhu.
