The singer has threatened to sue Britain's News of the World for publishing false information about him, People magazine has reported.
The tabloid accused Timberlake of being unfaithful to girlfriend Cameron Diaz, claiming he spent 'two sizzling nights' with model Lucy Clarkson in London while Diaz was away in Los Angeles.
People quoted Diaz as saying: "I trust Justin. This woman [Clarkson] just wants her moment in the spotlight."
Timberlake's legal representative Martin Singer has reportedly 'demanded money, an apology, and a retraction' from the publication.
