Imran, Avantika blessed with baby girl

Imran Khan's wife Avantika Malik delivered a baby girl in the early hours of June 9 at a Mumbai hospital.

The couple, who got married in 2011, had made their baby announcement in December.

The baby shower was held in April at their sprawling bungalow in Bandra, a western Mumbai suburb.

In an interview to rediff.com, Imran Khan had said that he wanted a girl while his wife wanted a boy.

Looks like Imran got what he wanted!
