'I love making people laugh'

Comedy comes easily to Varun Sharma.

That's why you can stop laughing when he pulls his Choocha gags from his hit debut film, Fukrey.

Not many know that he started his career as an assistant casting director for films like Student Of The Year, Talaash and The Reluctant Fundamentalist.

When Fukrey happened, it changed his life and career.

"That film got me from auditions to narrations, which is the biggest step for any actor in his life," he tells Rajesh Karkera/Rediff.com.

 

 

Varun's journey of laughs is just beginning, of course.

His latest show Sabse Funny Kaun on Flipkart Video is an interactive stand-up comedy show, where he plays the host as well as the mentor.

"It's an instant entertainment. In 15 minutes, you will get you're full day's laughs," he promises.
