Priyanka Chopra is on a roll.

Our very own Piggy Chops hit international stardom with a starring role in American TV series Quantico, significant enough to win unanimous wows and a Favourite Actress nod at People's Choice Awards.

Back home, everybody went gaga over her performance as the wronged party in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's lavish historical, Bajirao Mastani.

She's also the latest Bollywood star to receive the prestigious Padma Shri honour.

Up next, the 33-year-old beauty queen turned actress is all set to present at the 88th Academy Awards on February 28 alongside Ryan Gosling, Lady Gaga, Charlize Theron and Reese Witherspoon.

Goes without saying that we are super duper excited to see PC on the Oscars red carpet. Will she opt for western wear or flaunt the desi girl? We are curious to find out.

Meanwhile, here are some home-grown looks we imagined on the stunner.

When desi and drama collide, the upshot is this spectacular Sonam and Paras Modi ensemble. Cannot imagine anyone better than the Mary Kom heroine to do it complete justice.

Priyanka wore Ritu Kumar's designs during her stint at the Miss World pageant.

As we all know, it worked out rather favourably for the star. Perhaps she should go back to the veteran designer and her reliable stock of classics.

The delicate, dreamy vibe of Gauri and Nainika's floral gown can easily hold its own around haute couture giants like Elie Saab and Dolce & Gabbana.

Oscars red carpet is all about glitz and glamour. Bet the fashionista will exude it in abundance if she goes with this pleated Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla number.

Incidentally, the designer duo enjoy quite a loyalist in Dame Judi Dench.

With just the right amount of style and sizzle required to attend the biggest party of the year, Manish Malhotra's dazzling creation gets our vote for Pee Cee.

Or she could drape herself in Gaurav Gupta's sophisticated spin of the traditional lehenga in this voluminous but feminine avatar.

We would whistle in equal measure for her statuesque turn in this red and gold brocade jumpsuit by Namrata Joshipura.

Alright, so it's a bit over the top but Anamika Khanna designs are nothing if not sartorial statements. Except it's high time we saw someone other than Sonam Kapoor do them justice.

Sabyasachi's designs are not new to Oscars or Cannes. PC is bound to make her presence felt in this sparkly, edgy jumpsuit. Bling it on!
