A recent report stated that Hrithik Roshan had bought a new property on the Juhu-Versova Link Road in north west Mumbai worth Rs 97.50 crore (Rs 975 million).

Hrithik's dad Rakesh Roshan confirms the news to Subhash K Jha: "Yes, it's true."
A source close to the family tells Subhash that Hrithik has no plans, immediate or otherwise, of moving out of his current home in Juhu.
"Duggu (Hrithik) is too attached to his parents and family to even think of moving out. This is an investment for the future for his sons," says the family friend.
"He may move into the place sometime in the future,",a close friend of Hrithik says, "provided his parents agree to come with him."
